Meet Our Team

Michelle Radice

Founder & Executive Director

A mother of three and a project manager by trade, Michelle spent years watching school safety stall in committee rooms and political arguments — and decided to stop waiting.

She knows the bottleneck isn’t will. Every administrator she’s sat across from cares deeply about their students. The bottleneck is funding — and the infrastructure to go get it.

When her oldest started kindergarten, the mission became personal and non-negotiable. She built SAS to bypass the argument and build what can change right now.

Her foundational belief: every child deserves to come home safe.
